Below are our FAQ's. If you can't find what you are looking for please message us using the 'Contact us' section and we will try and respond within 48 hours.

How long until my items are dispatched?

All of our items are custom made, due to this our estimated turn around time is 2-4 weeks. If you need an item sooner please contact us and we will see what we can do to help.


What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept most credit or debit cards, Paypal and Clearpay.

What happens if I need to return my item?

Custom products can only be returned if a breakage has happened during postage or if we have made a fault. We cannot accept returns/refunds if you have misspelt whilst ordering, ordered the wrong size or if you haven't followed care instructions provided. All refunds must be requested within 14 days of delivery, a free return label will be emailed and the product must be returned before refund is issued.


What courier do you use?

We primarily use Royal Mail 2nd class, if placing a large order we may use Myhermes. 


How long till my items are dispatched?

Our dispatch times at 2-4 weeks.


I can't find a design I like, what can I do?

We can work with you to make your design idea's come to life. We cannot print any copyrighted materiel e.g Disney, Dc, Tv shows ect. 


I have a gift voucher, what do I need to know?

You can use your gift voucher on anything in our store. You have until midnight on the day of expiry to use it and full balance must be used with purchase. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for money. If an issue occurs please refer to our normal returns procedure. If refund is needed this will be sent in a form of another gift voucher or price of product refunded.
